Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program offers grants to the U.S. for citizens from various countries, including Brazil. The candidates shall be mid-career professionals working in the public administration (executive, legislative or judiciary branch) and third sector, with substantial professional experience and demonstrated leadership potential.

Humphrey Fellows will have the opportunity to acquire professional experience in their fields of work through a combination of practical and professional experience.

Fields of study:
. Public policy analysis and public administration;
. Human resource management;
. Agricultural development/agricultural economics;
. Economic development;
. Law and human rights; *
. Drugs (education, prevention and treatment);
. Non-proliferation of nuclear weapons and national security;
. English as a second language;*
. HIV/AIDS (policy and prevention);
. Finance and banking;
. Journalism (agriculture, health, family planning, nutrition and education);*
. Natural resources and environmental management;
. Urban and regional planning;
. Technology policy and management;
. Public health policy and management;
. Educational planning and management;
. Human trafficking;
